In the case that you are not satisfied with your purchase (e.g. damaged during shipment, wrong item/type/shade/etc.), kindly inform our Customer Service before returning the item. Otherwise, your request will not be processed.
Product return request must be made within 7 working days from the date received by the purchaser.
Damaged items must be returned together with their original box and receipt.
Items bought from Optimo International Sdn Bhd during promotional events (e.g. Anniversary, Flash Sales or Festive Sales) are not eligible for return and exchange.
When returning, please provide the return parcel tracking number for all items.
Q. What will I get back after returning the item(s)?
You will receive a refund through your bank account within 7-14 days from the date of receiving the returned stock.
Q. What about postage charges?
Customers are required to bear shipping charges for returning items. Once the returning items are received and inspected by our customer service department, Optimo International Sdn Bhd will, on a case-to-case basis, refund a maximum of RM 7.00 for customer’s return shipping charges. The refund will be credited to the said customer’s bank account.
