1. Product(s) must be returned within a 30-days period from the date of dispatch.

2. All returns are subject to inspection.

3. All product(s) must be returned with not more than 20% usage and in good condition.

4. Returned product(s) Must Be attached with:

  • Shipping confirmation email.

5. All promotional items, gifts and / or freebies with purchase Must Be returned with the products.

6. Return postage cost is borne by the customer.

7. Only returned product(s) that were directly purchased at shop.aquaplus.com.my are eligible for full refund. 

8. Shipping fees, duties, taxes and / or customs fees are non-refundable.

9. Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt of returned product(s) for inspection and process of refund.

10. Refunds are issued via your original payment method once your return is approved by us.

11. All returned product(s) that do not meet our “Money Back Guarantee” Policy or incomplete returned products (e.g no bottle cap, broken or damaged bottle, etc) will not be qualified for a refund and may not be returned to the customer OR destroyed by Optimo International Sdn Bhd upon request.

12. This policy is Not Valid for:

  • Wholesale or business customers (or Aqua+ Series Beauty Advisors / managers)
